Extensive background creating and executing professional development retreats and training, strategic plans, mobilizing stakeholders and developing measures and countermeasures consulting with Boards of Directors and global teams in varied cultures. Proven skills as a diagnostician, ability to organize large projects while dealing with ambiguities in a diffused power structure. Experienced executive coach able to guide and mentor top leaders. Founded and developed a consultancy practice in Japan, Brasil and now in Naples, Florida, working in both the private and public sectors, with individuals and groups to assist personal and institutional strategic planning. As an internal consultant for General Motors in all four regions of the world for over 20 years was responsible for large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors. Led cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria.
