Strong quality assurance professional skilled in Verification and Validation (V&V), Pharmaceutics/ Cosmetics, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Change Control, and Validation. • Develop and establish assurance procedures and testing criteria for new applications, products and improvements to prevailing applications throughout their progress e.g. for Health Canada, ISO 22716, GMP, Organic certificates and FDA certificate to get and renew the licenses • Review documents to follow the SOP’s and compliance with GMP • Conduct internal audits to measure and ascertain that the standards for products, application integration, development & conforming documentation are adhered to • Oversee and inspect the cosmetic, NHP & OTC products from raw materials, in process to finished products • Perform internal audits, deviations, corrective action preventive actions (CAPA) and OOS • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issue • Release NHP products and issue certificate of analysis • Review batch release documents such as testing lab Certificate of Analysis, production documents and reconciliation. • Process stability studies and testing follow up as per FDA for OTC and NHP products • Audit current procedures by reviewing and updating existing procedures, create new improved procedures and implement them through training. • Reviewing and processing of quality documents associated with manufacturing and technical support documentation. Author and/or review SOPs as needed. • Support in release of all incoming materials, including packaging and labeling materials • Maintain & complete the batch records and retention samples • Perform R&D for new formulations as per customer request • Maintain and organize all R&D and production documentations • Follow WHMIS and enforcement GMP guidelines in executing all laboratory, production and packaging procedures
