As a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Daikin Comfort, I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enhancing operational efficiency. I have over three years of experience in this role, where I work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities, train and coach staff, and monitor and report on key performance indicators. I have also contributed to several significant projects, such as streamlining the order fulfillment process, reducing waste and errors, and increasing customer satisfaction and retention. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Lone Star College, where I am developing my skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
