Over the past 9 years I’ve leveraged IT to help more than 19 organisations met their strategic goals and improved the daily work life for more than users. It is this meaningful work and rewarding experience that I go to work every day! Minako is a Prince2 and AgilePM Registered Practitioner and has reputation of successfully delivering a range of global strategic projects within a large complex organization from end-to-end that drive efficiency in business operations, sales force effectiveness and ultimately maximizing customer's ROI. Minako has solid experience in planning, executing, monitoring and closing a variety of projects as well as bringing together people from all areas of the business,(in many instances from geographically diverse locations) at all stages of project execution. Minako is a versatile project professional, with CRM and ERP application roots but have a proven track record of successfully delivering Microsoft (O365, Teams, Skype for Business, Azure, Sharepoint) and IT infrastructure projects.
