I am heavily involved with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle [SDLC], Including Requirement gathering Test designing & execution, Defect management, and reporting Expertise in Manual and Automated Testing of Web & Client server applications on windows and MacOs Hands on experience in Agile/Scrum, waterfall and Iterative development methodologies Experience working with mid-to-large & complex AUT in e-commerce, retails & healthcare domains Good understanding of web technology and client server architecture, and support concurrent projects Excellent understanding of healthcare industry, claims management and Medicaid and Medicare Services Strong system Testing techniques experience including functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, negative, End to-End and User Acceptance testing [UAT] Able to write complex SQL queries for Backend Testing & create test data for Manual & Automated Testing Development and execution experience on Test Plan, Test Case, UAT Tests, Test Scripts, RTM & Reports Experienced with test automation of data driven web applications using HP QTP/UFT (Micro Focus) Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills and able to resolve complex problems independently Ability to effectively understand business and functional requirements to develop quality QA Artifacts
