I‘m managing a team of creative and ambitious people whose main goal is to develop relationships and business with Vendors. I‘m target orientated and self-motivated leader, with the main goal – to train a team in self-awareness and independent work (set the right goals/priorities, prepare and execute yearly strategy/quarterly action plans, prepare tools for progress monitoring and etc). My strengths are - strategy thinking and planning (short/long term), business development, project, work effectiveness, and team management skills. My carrier in ACC Distribution: I started my carrier in ACC as Key Account Manager - responsible for business development with the largest company customer "amazon". I successfully developed a business and increased sales to Amazon several times. Following success with Amazon I was promoted to Team leader of the export sales team (E-tail initiative) role. I was coaching and helping team members to find the potential of each customer and realize it. Together participated in negotiations, to understand the key needs of customers and ensure fulfillment. Implemented new and adjusted existing processes, and launched new business initiatives, ensuring yearly sales and contribution growth. With the significant growth of the export business, our main challenge became – orders fulfillment possibilities vs customers demand. Hence, together with my colleague, I have started to work on a new systematical solution called Gates - to offer a wider and deeper assortment for customers. The project was successful and transformed in to separate department called – The Alternative Supply department for which I‘m responsible.
