Driven by a passion for helping people, I am a Leave of Absence Coordinator with three years of experience in FMLA, ADA, worker’s compensation, and military leaves. My career journey has been shaped by a commitment to supporting individuals, and I thrive on quick problem-solving and multitasking. In my current role at Credit Acceptance, I specialize in guiding team members through the leave of absence process, and I am a Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS). My extensive background in leave of absences and ADA accommodations has equipped me with a robust skill set, including effective communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and a strong sense of empathy. This enables me to deliver exceptional service to our team members during stressful times in their lives. I am particularly proud of having taken over the intake process for the entire company, which has enhanced the experience for team members and streamlined the process for the leave team. This accomplishment reinforced my belief in contributing to a positive and productive workplace and fueled my enthusiasm for employee relations. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am passionate about supporting local dog rescues. I am always eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities for collaboration or mentorship.
