I have over 10 years of customer service/administration experience in a wide variety of settings, as well as sales experience - both direct and B2B. I thoroughly enjoyed working in the cell phone industry due to the ever changing technology and phone offerings. It was always new and exciting and, for me, it was easy to stay on top of things as I always did online research to give me a "heads up" as to what the newest thing may be. Working in a B2B setting is different because you don't get to physically meet your customers, but I was still able to create and maintain some awesome relationships simply by connecting via telephone, email and our online chat. It was a great experience being able to work with customers all over the US and Canada and to get to know them as if I had actually met them in person. My experience working in a supportive role, such as at Polk-Burnett and Eckberg Lammers was also very enjoyable and challenging because of the many responsibilities and ever-changing tasks from day to day. Many people were able to count on me, regardless of their department or need, because I was always there to help. I feel fortunate for all the experience with legal documents that I gained while at Eckberg. I created many documents and forms by way of transcription, and also edited and notarized agreements, etc. By the time I left, I was very familiar with wills, an assortment of family law documents, police reports, purchase agreements and the like. Working at Polk-Burnett and at Eckberg Lammers I met many great people from the surrounding areas and really felt like a part of their respective communities.
