About Ming Gosier

I am an expert of Amazon's search and display ad businesses, retail ecosystem, and the Amazon flywheel. I started my Amazon journey post my MBA from NYU Stern as a Senior Analytic Consultant at Amazon Advertising. In this role, I queried Amazon media and retail databases and created award-winning, scaled insights to advise C-suite at Amazon’s largest advertisers to use media to grow their sales. Later, I transitioned to Product Management. I am the single threaded owner of Amazon’s search ads bulk operations, a tool built on top of Amazon APIs, and led the launch of 2nd generation of bulk operations. I am a multipotentialite who thrive at connecting the dots in different domains for innovation. I am creative yet analytical. I have strong customer instinct, high empathy, solid networking skills, and am well versed at leading cross-functional teams to passionately work toward bringing a vision to life. I am a forward thinker and never content with the status quo. I have solid tech foundation and I am proficient with statistical modeling, data science (supervised and unsupervised learning), Python, SQL and Tableau. I have an exceptional capability of identifying insights that are not obvious to others from a sea of data. At leisure, I am passionate about art, psychology and gifted child education.
