Currently working in the lab of Professor Joshua Campbell, Ph.D, at the Boston University School of Medicine on the singleCellTK software package, which uniquely provides a comprehensive pipeline for processing single-cell experimental data from quality control to downstream analysis with a wide portfolio of R- and Python-based tools. Evaluating a variety of different machine-learning clustering and decontamination algorithms, including Bayesian, nearest-neighbor, and neural network-based models.Currently collaborating with the Chan Zuckerberg Institute on running singleCellTK on their body of scientific data, encompassing hundreds of single-cell datasets from labs worldwide and millions of cells. Lab presented the initial results at CZI's conference in Q4 2023.Previously was a quantitative research intern at QMA (a PGIM company) investigating smart beta ETF rebalancing trades on equity pricing. Also investigated the potential of machine learning programs to predict future yields based on factors, and the value of alternative data sources.
