Ming holds an MBA from INSEAD. He has worked in large corporations, consulting and startups, driving innovation, digital transformation and topline growth. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English and French. Currently Ming is leading strategic projects to set up data-driven, omni-channel and full-funnel digital marketing and sales (specifically focused on APAC). On this role, he leads project team and vendors, ensures user-centric and lean methodology, and engages with C-suite stakeholders. An idea generator and a process optimizer, he is passionate about helping companies design, launch and scale up innovation and transformation, with positive impact on P&L while creating value for target users. A people person, Ming is a strong team-player, with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and has been regularly involved in assessing and hiring talent. He thrives with diversity, and has always been working in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
