Dedicated to enhancing credit services and banking operations, I am an Senior Loan Operations Professional with an analytical and disciplined approach. Experienced in project management, I have managed teams responsible for loan review, exception and hold clearing, and client relationship management. Over the course of my 22 years in banking, I have gotten to work with the greatest people, working groups, information databases and/or loan origination systems. My most fulfilling accomplishments have been not only growing working groups, but exercising my passion for the hiring and development of talent to further careers. I have hired over 20 individuals for roles over 12 years and have engaged in well over 150 employee career enhancement conferences. I am a husband and father of three children, plus one on the way. In my spare time I am a highly competitive table tennis player who also holds a great passion for solving Rubik's puzzles of varying sizes and shapes. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others who strive toward excellence in their circle of interest. What is most important to me is that I have impacted someone’s path in a meaningful way. While I believe that while most business decisions and interactions have results that can be calculated and measured, they should also positively affect people's lives and experiences in a real way.
