About Mini Manak

With over 20 years of experience in the domain of luxury goods and services, I have a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer preferences and industry trends. I leverage my expertise to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences, create intangible assets, drive sales and business growth, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am extremely driven and highly motivated to build high performing businesses and teams (also happy teams!) I am also a certified ICF leadership coach and a design thinker, with a passion for unlocking the hidden potential of people and businesses. I coach first-time and mid to senior managers to overcome limiting beliefs, get unstuck, and step into their true potential. I also apply design thinking principles to identify and solve business challenges, create value for end customers, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. I believe that people and customers are at the heart of my work, and I strive to empower them to achieve their goals and aspirations. When not working, I find opportunities to engage with art and culture. This helps to keep the aesthete in me well nurtured. I’m drawn to nature and tending to my window garden is a daily ritual. Last but not the least, I’m training to be a potter, currently exploring ( and absolutely loving!) wheel throwing method.
