About Minna Bansal

I’m an ecological designer with a deep interest in facilitating the creation of regenerative systems, edible gardens, and biodiversity-friendly spaces - and in looking for the wild, resilient spaces that exist within us. Rooted in a background in architecture and a Master’s in Ecological Design Thinking from Schumacher College (as a Chevening Scholar), I bring systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and a strong grounding in permaculture to the landscapes I work with. My practice is all about making regenerative concepts contextual, practical, and culturally relevant—especially in the complex, diverse realities of India. At the heart of my work is an intention to nourish and serve the earth and all her beings. I believe that joyful and personal connection to the land can move people to become fierce protectors and co-creators of resilient, life-filled ecosystems. Whether designing 100+ acre landscapes, stewarding food forests, or facilitating nature-based learning experiences, I approach each project with empathy, curiosity, and care. In my free time, I love running outdoors and learning about new plant species.
