About Minna Katajoki

I advise clients across sectors, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure, on contentious commercial, corporate and regulatory matters, as well as on large projects and transactions. My work involves helping clients manage risks and avoid disputes to ensure successful project completion and continuation of contractual relationships. I also represent clients in arbitration under various institutional rules and in litigation before Finnish general courts, administrative courts and the Market Court. I frequently handle issues relating to topics such as land use planning, permitting, construction, supply and distribution, shareholder disputes and post-M&A conflicts. My practice further covers compliance, internal investigations and business-related criminal matters, including environmental offences and financial misconduct. In addition to client representation, I act as an arbitrator, drawing on extensive experience in legal proceedings and in industries such as energy, construction and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
