About Mintarsih Mintarsih

I have more than 20 years’ experience on Quality Control and Quality Assurance in manufacturing food industry, especially on dairy industry and spray drying process. Combination with 2 years’ experience as trainer; more than 100 training classes in public and in house training; in Certification Body with specialty on Quality and food safety management system improve me on deep understanding on system management and how the system can be improved. I also having experience on customer service on manufacturing food ingredients industry with role to give the technical, quality issue information and also reviewing the regulation requirements to the customer. In addition, I also work as internal consultant on Quality and Food safety system, internal training, auditor in corporate FrieslandCampina and 3rd party audit for tool manufacturing. My latest position right know is food safey, quality and regulatory lead for plant infant ingedients. This give me strong experience to manage the people including control the requorement of imfant ingredients that deliver to most infant grade customer. My educational background on chemistry and nutrition, and now I'm working on my thesis in food technology. This support me a lot to explore my skill and knowledge during my work experience.
