About Minttu Helanne

I decided as a child that I would become a butler. And so I did – only to find myself dropped straight into the soup pot of my career. From there, I was stirred into the world of restaurants and kitchens as a Bachelor of Hospitality Management, blended with business innovation as a BBA, and finally seasoned with leadership, pedagogy, and education as a vocational teacher and Master of Education. Over the years, I’ve led teams, developed new service concepts, and supported professional growth in both customer service and leadership roles. I believe great leadership comes from presence, trust, and a shared direction. Outside of work, I find clarity and energy on the water – nothing clears the mind quite like the harmony between wind and sail.
