Hello there! I'm a Master's student at Aalto University School of Business, majoring in marketing with a strong interest in human behavior. To expand on this interest, I’m also studying psychology at Tampere University. Through my studies, I have gained knowledge on topics such as digital marketing, marketing analytics, marketing communications and customer experience management. In addition, I have studied communications and different topics in management. My psychology studies have complemented this by giving me insight into areas like personality, motivation, leadership, and how people make decisions. I'm goal-oriented, proactive and always eager to learn. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I enjoy combining analytical thinking with a people-centered approach when solving problems. I approach my work in an organized way, paying attention to both details and overall progress. I have over seven years of experience working in customer service and sales positions. I have received positive feedback on my customer focus and have been praised by customers for my ability to find the best solution for them.
