Incident management, Change management, release management, Capacity Management & Problem Management. •Good understanding of IT security frameworks and active participant in ISO27001, ISAE 3402, ISAE Audit. •Hands-on experience on major Hardware Cisco (Router, Switches & FW), Juniper, Checkpoint & Palo Alto.
