With 25+ years in network & security, I started my career in as a Check Point firewall administrator and soon expanded into Cisco security. Over the years, I have worked hands-on with firewalls, proxies, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and mail security — experience that now drives my focus on automation. Today I lead projects that shorten implementation cycles by 30% and improve audit reliability. My work spans Infrastructure as Code, automated testing with pyATS/pytest, and observability with Grafana and Graylog. These frameworks streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and create secure, reproducible environments. Alongside the technical work, I coach individual professionals to succeed in certifications (Cisco, Check Point). Having passed 13 certifications myself, I know the hurdles of structured learning, test anxiety, and time management. My coaching applies evidence-based methods such as active recall and peer coaching — making preparation more effective and sustainable. As Learning Manager, I design structures for continuous upskilling and knowledge sharing — ensuring that professional development becomes part of everyday work, not a one-off project.
