With over two decades of experience across biotech, functional foods, pet health, and advanced materials, I specialize in turning innovation into market-ready solutions. Today, I lead as Chairman of the Board at Pet & Berries Oy, developing health-driven products for pets, and as Head of Market Development at Aromtech Ltd, where I drive go-to-market strategies, identify new growth opportunities and lead international expansion. I also run Kalliolehto Consulting, helping companies define commercialization strategies, and bridge the gap between research and revenue. Previously, I’ve built new business areas at Premix Group, scaled a biotech startup as CEO at Montisera Ltd, and led global product development and innovation portfolios at Raisio Group. I built my career on hands-on scientific work, learning early how powerful innovation becomes when connected to the right markets. Holding an Executive MBA and a PhD in Biotechnology, I combine deep technical expertise with strategic business thinking. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the desire to make a real impact — shaping new markets for sustainable solutions.
