I have 3 years (2005 to 2008) of experience in servicing a varied client base with a top line of Rs. 500 Cr. To Rs. 6500 Cr. during the tenure of my Internship at Deloitte Haskins & Sells. I have completed my Chartered Accountancy course in 2008 and thereafter, i have joined Sintex Industries Limited as a Manager (Finance & Account) in Plastic Division. I have achieved all the following major milestone awarded to me during my journey in Plastic Division of the company- Core Team Member in Oracle Implementation - Cost Reduction Programme with Renoir Consluting - Core Team Member in Financial Due Diligence - Implementation of Dealer Financing Scheme and Pay Out Structure - Consolidation of Financial Statements of the Company - Reviewed Statutory Compliance on Monthly basis - Implementation of Internal Controls and Appointment of Internal Auditor in all the factories across India - Liaison with Statutory Auditors as well as Internal Auditors of HO as well as Factories From 2014 to till date, I got an opportunity to work as a Key Member in Corporate Finance of the Company wherein my direct reporting is to Group CFO of the Company. I have achieved all the following milestone within the time line awarded to me- ECB of USD 100mn from State Bank of India - London - FCCB's of 225 Mn and 110 Mn - Completion of Assessment of All the Existing Financial Facilities within the timeline - Ensure to complete all the banking compliance in time - Tied up Fresh Term Loan to the tune of Rs. 4300 Cr for Green Field Project of the Company - Tied up Fresh Working Capital Requirement of Rs. 1775 Cr for the project - Valuation of Assets - Design structure to safeguard Custom Duty under EPCG Scheme - Core Team Member in Demerger of the Company into two Separate Companies - Textiles and Composite Plastics including Rating and Banking Compliances - Interact with the Rating Agencies for raising funds - Interact with Prominent Legal Firms for Documentation I have also completed Diploma in IFRS (U.K.) course in 2009. Presently, i am working as Sr. General Manager (Corporate Finance) at Sintex Industries Limited.
