As a lifelong athlete with a deep passion for health, fitness, and human performance, I’ve built my career around helping others become the strongest, most functional versions of themselves. I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia, followed by my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hawai'i Pacific University.
