I've been recognized by management and peers for my enthusiastic spirit, creativity, and adaptability. I have a true passion for people development. I'm a multi-unit manager with 14+ years experience in retail. Through this time, I’ve had the opportunity to travel the country building relationships, developing talent, and influencing leaders. I have an excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall sales and profitability. I enjoy learning and taking on new challenges. My years of theatre greatly influenced my love of public speaking and connecting with an audience. I have a strong command of presentation skills with a focus on training adult learners. I've trained in small group settings and large classroom style. In 2020 I developed my skills further with a focus on training through virtual platforms. In 2020, I was honored to be part of a small team who won Sephora's "We belong to something Beautiful" award. Our team transitioned Sephora Classes for Confidence to a Virtual setting to ensure these tutorials would stay available to participants across the country. Sephora developed Classes for Confidence to help inspire fearlessness in those facing major life transitions: Brave Beauty in the Face of Cancer, Bold Beauty for the Transgender Community and Workforce classes. In 2021, through my work with Sephora ERG EllesVMH, I was able to host a Virtual Communications skills workshop for all of LVMH's Elles North America. The workshop focused on empowering women to effectively and confidently communicate in a professional setting.
