About Miranda Curtis

I have held various roles in IT for over 20 years. My current role is in engineering as a Software Systems Senior Principal Engineer. My main focus areas are software automation, software quality engineering, ensuring our test cases cover customer use cases using automation and orchestration software to deploy environments for Hyper-converged solutions. I am the voice of the customer, sharing their inputs and needs with various internal teams. Making integration as effortless as possible for customers is very important. Being able to communicate with people at all levels of understanding is a requirement in my role. Stepping into tough situations where customer satisfaction is at risk, handling it with tact and finesse, and finishing with high customer satisfaction is one of my key strengths. Management has noted that I am a problem-solver and leader. One day I would like to lead a team and use those abilities to achieve company goals and help others grow and advance. Finding ways to make things easier and more efficient for our customers and employees is always in the back of my mind. I am a very quick learner and I adapt quickly to any situation that I am placed in.
