About Miranda Monroy

I am one of the few as a true Arizona native. Born in Tucson and moved up to the Phoenix valley at age 3. I can honestly say that I’m born and raised in the Real Estate industry. It all began with title and escrow and commencing with in the mortgage business. My mother, Rebecca Stack-Sandidge, is a retired Certified Senior Commercial Escrow Officer, who served in escrow for over 33 years. She was one of the original founders of the Arizona State Escrow Association back in 1980. After graduating high school in I dashed into my escrow career path beginning in and haven't looked back! I ended my escrow career as an Escrow Officer who closed residential transactions for 8 years and assisted in multi-million-dollar commercial transactions for 5 years. I choose to make a career path change shortly after the arrival of my son. I decided to move into the mortgage side of a real estate transaction by starting at USAA Federal Savings Bank in Oct 2014. That was the foundation of my processing experience, which has landed me at Lund Mortgage Team, Inc. working side by side with Realtors and Buyer's to ensure a smooth loan process.
