About Miranda Nicholson
I am a senior at the University of Utah pursuing a BS in recreational therapy (RT) and will become a CTRS this August. I am becoming a CTRS because of my passionate belief that participating in recreational activities can improve the quality of life of all people, especially those with disabilities who often experience barriers in their recreational pursuits. My goal as a future RT is to limit those barriers as much as possible and to have my clients experience recreation in a transformative way.
