Beginning as Comms and Culture Lead, I've advanced to crafting strategies that ensure all are aligned with our priorities and values. I specialise in creating an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and perspectives. Through open and transparent communication channels, I facilitate collaboration and creativity, ultimately strengthening our team culture. I play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand is consistently represented and reinforced within our internal communications. In addition to my focus on communication, I also play a vital role in capability development and change management.
