About Miranda Petre

The next step of my journey is with MacArthur Associated Consultants. While there, I will continue to further develop my skill set and improve my knowledge of marketing. In May of 2021, I graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with Summa Cum Laude. Throughout my four years at Oklahoma Christian, I embraced the campus environment and took on several different leadership roles. After joining smaller clubs and committees my freshman year I expanded upon bigger roles. I began my sophomore year as an Earn Your Wings (freshman orientation) small group leader. From there I went on to become a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the OC Student Investment Fund, and the Iota Kappa Phi social service club. Within my last year at OC I held the roles of VP of professional development, Finance and Analytics for the AMA, VP of Marketing for the Student Investment Fund for two years, and the Treasurer of Iota Kappa Phi. At OC, I was also inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society, Alpha Mu Alpha Marketing Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society. While I was extremely involved on campus, I also began to further my professional skills off-campus. During the early months of 2019, I began the partnership activation internship with the Oklahoma City Dodgers. I continued to further my experiences through internships and jobs such as the marketing intern for Waterloo Auto Service, the Data Analyst for Harmonize not-for-profit, the Technical Recruiting Intern for Paycom, and as the Marketing Intern for Alliant HR Outsourcing. In high school I had the opportunity to live abroad from 2013-2017. I was living in Waterloo, Belgium where I attended St. John's International School. While there, I continued learning and growing while also participating in athletics, student council, young life, and the booster club concession stand. Throughout these experiences, I was able to learn the value of collaboration, organization, time and money management, as well as customer service skills. While attending St. John's I was also enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB). I graduated with both my High School Diploma and my IB Diploma.
