About Miranda Tipper

Energetic and creative professional with 7+ years’ experience across client services, healthcare coordination, onboarding, and communication design. Skilled in managing complex rosters, leading hybrid onboarding, and delivering human-centered service through clear systems and strong relationships. Proficient in remote platforms, admin tools, and internal communications. As a proudly neurodivergent professional and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring a unique lens to structure, empathy, and inclusive problem-solving. Passionate about accessibility, equity, and empowering marginalised voices through meaningful, people-first work. I’m currently based in Launceston, Tasmania (recently relocated from Sydney) and open to hybrid or remote roles that combine strategic thinking, creative execution, and purpose-driven impact. I thrive in environments where inclusion, storytelling, and design meet to create something better — for teams, for communities, and for the people who often get left behind. Let’s connect if you’re building something bold and need someone who can lead with heart and execute with precision.
