I am a recent college graduate who is passionate about human resources and helping others reach their fullest potential. The key to a successful business lies within the employees who guide it to its successes. It is my mission to help people discover their worth and meet their goals, while at the same time giving them the tools that they need to make beneficial business decisions that best suit the organization. The best way to prevent oneself from becoming stagnant is by constantly having goals in place. The desire to push through obstacles and reach these goals allows you to remain on your toes and lead you to being better than you were yesterday. I aim to understand a business from the ground up, learning the ins and outs of all aspects. A learner's mentality is what is going to guide me to reaching this goal and being a vital part of any companies successes.
