With over 10 years of experience in finance and project management, I have a proven track record of delivering results and value to stakeholders across various functions and domains. My core competencies include robotic process automation (RPA), strategic planning, project management, team leadership, and budgeting. I spearheaded the establishment and growth of the RPA function at Tele2 Kazakhstan, developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that identified, prioritized, and automated key processes, resulting in increased operational efficiency and innovation. I also led a team through end-to-end budget preparation cycles, initiated and managed a budgeting software project, and optimized several transaction-level processes.
