I'm a results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects. With over 20 years of experience in project management, I've consistently demonstrated initiative and the ability to drive multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project teams to achieve their goals. My expertise spans construction project management, infrastructure engineering, steel and tensile structures, and business development. Throughout my career, I've been entrusted with a variety of challenging projects and have consistently delivered exceptional results. Some of my key achievements include: New Airport Infrastructure: At Craiova International Airport, as a Project Manager, I oversaw the construction of the new aircraft taxiways to the runway, aircraft parking areas, aircraft de-icing platform, the platform for parking of aircraft in exceptional situations, and their equipment. Bridge Construction Excellence: I've been at the helm of 17 new road bridge construction projects, including a pivotal role in the implementation of the new bridge over the Olt River in Hoghiz. This remarkable project stands as one of the largest bridge construction undertakings in Europe, featuring a two-way highway carriageway extending 1100 meters and towering pillars reaching heights of up to 78 meters. Danube Bridge Rehabilitation: I expertly oversaw the rehabilitation of the Giurgiu Bridge over the Danube on State Road DN5, a project encompassing not only the bridge itself but also the access road from the customs exit to the bridge entrance. Precision and strategic planning were paramount. Culvert and Infrastructure Expertise: My portfolio includes the successful construction of approximately 320 new culverts and expansions, as well as the utilization of about cubic meters of concrete for retaining walls and deepened foundations by the parapet. Roadway Development: I've directed the execution of around meters of carriageway gutter, meters of paved gutter roadway, 1,800 meters of sewerage, and 1,200 meters of drains. Additionally, I've overseen the installation of approximately 7,200 meters of curbs, the construction of square meters of platforms and parking lots, and the completion of 16 roundabouts. Road Rehabilitation Expertise: I've led road rehabilitation projects on several major highways, including DN1, DN1C, DN5, DN15, DN17, DN56A, DN66, DN79, Satu Mare Ring Road, Arad-Timisoara, and Orăștie-Sibiu Highway. These projects were conducted for the Romanian Administration of Highways and National Roads.
