I was quickly promoted to Quality Controller, where I developed a sharp eye for detail, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Building on that foundation, I joined Groupe Dynamite, where I advanced from Sales Associate to Merchandiser and Visual Assistant through hard work and a strong culture of trust and mentorship. I was later offered the opportunity to oversee the merchandising of a major downtown Montreal store — a recognition of my growth, dedication, and evolving skills in organization, creativity, and teamwork. My next challenge took me to the skies as a Flight Attendant for Sky Regional Airlines, a reputable carrier where safety and strict regulatory compliance were paramount. Within three months, I was promoted to Service Director Flight Attendant. This role sharpened my leadership and customer service skills and taught me to remain composed under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and always lead by example. When the company ceased operations, I embraced the opportunity to grow. I completed a secretarial training program to expand my skill set and explore new career paths. Shortly after, I joined Alisa Refunds Inc, starting as an Administrative Assistant and progressing to Administrative Services Coordinator, where I led a team, optimized operations, solved problems proactively, and supported clients with dedication and efficiency. Alongside my professional career, I serve on the Board of Directors for a residential syndicate, overseeing financial management, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance. I also offer consulting services to other syndicats, assisting them in managing daily operations and ensuring sound governance practices. I am truly grateful for the diverse experiences that have shaped my journey. Today, I am excited to continue supporting organizations through consulting services, administrative expertise, and collaborative projects — helping them achieve their goals while growing, learning, and making a positive impact along the way.
