I've been part of a global NGO for almost five years & I have worked in various areas such as Operations, Event Management, Project Management, Marketing, HR & Organization Development. I had the great opportunity to be part of numerous teams & coordinate, manage & coach 10 of them. My story in this organization was about rapid growth, impact, leadership & developing a strong sense of community & purpose.
