About Mirela Chiru

Currently, as a Global Account Operations Manager, I lead and coordinate the account related set up/ operational framework, projects or high value deals. This involves collaborating with multiple teams across the globe, in a multicultural environment which enriched my network, communication and planning skills. Since 2009, by working directly with global customers and our sales teams from all the regions, I am grateful for having the opportunity to gain strong expertise in the global operations environment. I am recognized for being customer centric, dedicated and focused on results by taking full accountability. Capable of building fast a business network, I do enjoy helping other people while I’m easily adaptable and an optimistic person. Throughout all my roles so far, I developed my abilities to understand and drive change, constantly taking on new tasks, projects and challenges, even outside my job R & Rs. My goal is to bring value to the organization I am part of.
