Currently serving as a Hub Manager at BCR (Erste Group) at the Lapus Hub in Craiova, I lead a dynamic team of six professionals in managing an extensive portfolio of diverse customers. With customers ranging from mass market clients to affluent and small business clients, we ensure each client is accorded the highest standard of service to meet their unique financial needs. My role places me at the heart of customer relations, providing a critical link between BCR and our valued clientele. A substantial part of my work involves dealing with mortgage and cash loans. In these roles, I have always been a firm believer in building financial health through financial literacy and product knowledge, and I work diligently to instill this perspective in our customers. As the financial world increasingly embraces digital technology, I have also focused on guiding our customers through their digital journey in financial services. This ensures seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction, even amidst rapidly evolving banking dynamics. Prior to my current role at BCR, I was a Retail Customer Partner and a Personal Banker. These positions endowed me with a well-rounded understanding of retail banking, financial planning, and investment advising. They also paved the way for my current leadership role, equipping me with the necessary skills and expertise to manage and motivate a high-performing team. Before joining BCR in 2014, I worked as a Banking Officer at Piraeus Bank (now FirstBank) and began my career as a Teller at Banca Transilvania in 2007. These roles served as stepping stones to my career in banking, providing me with a foundational understanding of the banking industry and the importance of customer service in financial transactions. My journey so far has been marked by continuous learning, growth, and dedication to delivering top-tier financial services. I am driven by the belief that our customers should always be at the heart of our decision-making process, and I am excited about building financial health by knowledge and discipline.
