I hold a Technical Degree in Business Administration from ETEC Votorantim (Dec/14) and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from UNISO (Aug/20). Currently, I am part of the team at DMG MORI Brasil, a company specialized in the sales of machining parts and equipment, where I work in the import and export of spare parts. In my daily activities, I work with a variety of systems, including Access, MBM, BAAN, and SAP. My responsibilities involve processing purchase orders, inventory control, analyzing documents for import, and direct communication with end customers and suppliers based in Japan, Germany, and the USA. I am also engaged in monitoring purchase and sales orders, budget analysis, and interactions with customs brokers. My experience includes customs clearance and special regimes, such as Temporary Admission, Drawback, and Back-to-Back operations. Additionally, I maintain daily contact with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. I am committed to managing end-to-end processes, from supplier collection to delivery across various global destinations, including regions such as Mercosur, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. I am responsible for creating documents such as Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, Import Licenses, Air Waybills, BL drafts, and providing detailed instructions for issuing invoices to a diverse client base. My activities also include reviewing and approving documentation, registering Import Declarations (DI), Import Licenses (LI), and Export Declarations (DUE), analyzing NCM classifications, and monitoring bonded warehouse operations (DTA processes). Beyond logistics, I have extensive experience in customer service, both in B2B and B2C settings, including face-to-face customer service and e-commerce support. My skills encompass onboarding, customer success, sales planning in both physical and online marketplaces, problem-solving, sales execution, and pre- and post-sales follow-up.
