About Miriam Bertazzon
In my PhD study I investigated the function and structure of proteins FBP21, CD2BP2, which play an important role in spliceosome rearrangement. After obtaining my doctoral title in 2019, I investigated the role of CD2BP2 protein in splicing and in murine T cell homeostasis. I have a positive attitude towards new challenges, and I have learned several methods and analytical tools. In particular, I am familiar with the detection and analysis of stained cells using flow cytometer, cell culture techniques not limited to cell lines but expanded to murine primary T cells and also analysis of complex data as proteomic data using Mass Spectrometry, transcriptomic data through bulk RNA-seq, analysis of protein structure and dynamic using NMR.
