Hello I’m Miriam and I am passionate about Accounting & Taxation! Over 13+ years of progressive and dynamic Accounting/business leadership experience managing 10 employees and supporting various departments such as Repairs and Credit for Courts Jamaica Ltd. Collaborative partnership between customers and senior managers by functioning as the key Customer Service personel handling customer service duties and overseeing the wire transfer department. Performed valued accounting duties for a major CPA Firm in New York City by effectively researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing financial reports. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Additionally, I documented financial transactions by entering account information. Expertise in researching new rules/regulations as it relates to compliance of books of accounts while training staff to ensure adherence to these changes.
