About Miriam Hoffman

I'm driven by curiosity and a love for people. My current role at Corteva Agriscience, one of the largest pure-play agriculture companies in the world, allows me to lean into both my passion for learning and desire to improve the lives of those who work in agriculture. Building on extensive student leadership and communication experiences from my educational background, I am building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in ag retail businesses across northern Illinois. My ability to hone in on fine details while maintaining a high-level perspective on issues drives me to set high expectations for myself in all projects, large and small. I value purpose above ease, and thus maintain a growth mindset in every area of my life. My upbringing on a diversified crop and livestock farm focused on sustainability and niche consumer demand has inspired my drive to empower farmers to become more economically and environmentally sustainable. As I continue to grow in my career, I will continue to aim to align my talents and interests with roles that lead to stronger ag businesses, more effective innovation, and an ever-present focus on people.
