Background
About Miriam Jacobs
Drawing on my background in Business and Organizational Anthropology, I help leaders master the human side of communication — learning how personality styles, generations, and cultural backgrounds shape how messages are received. When leaders understand these differences, they can adapt their approach and build trust across teams, departments, and even borders. My work combines executive training, cross-cultural management, and communication strategy, bridging research and real-world leadership. I’ve taught more than professionals through seminars, executive education, and university courses — helping organizations strengthen alignment, reduce conflict, and create accountability that actually works. To make this practical and accessible, I created a course and companion app called the Tell Them Template™, which teaches a simple, repeatable structure leaders can use every day. It’s a framework that turns difficult conversations, feedback, and expectations into opportunities for clarity and connection. If you’re a leader or organization committed to effective communication, accountability, and cultural intelligence, I’d love to connect and share how this approach can transform your results. WHO I WORK WITH- Multinational corporations, looking to expand into new markets - Startups that need to develop their customer base - User experience research, to create the right model to develop customer feedback - Marketing campaigns, to ensure the campaign is sensitive to the concerns of the community - Cross-cultural collaboration, to avoid offending a different culture - Leadership in a globalized world, to find the common concerns and motivations WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH ME DIFFERENT: I have an MA In Business and Organizational Anthropology, so I am familiar with qualitative research, which is about asking the right questions, a crucial skill in this increasingly multicultural world. Additionally, I have run my own businesses and have lived in various countries in the world, so I also come by my knowledge of different cultures organically.
