About Miriam Panning

I am an aspiring researcher and consultant currently completing the International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology. In my future occupation I aim at solving complex organizational problems with the help of scientific evidence in order to increase the firm´s effectiveness and employee´s well-being. During my studies I focus on organizational structures and employee well-being, while also investigating the effect of stress, motivation and work circumstances on performance in independent research projects. Participating in the two-year Interdisciplinary Honours Program at Radboud University enabled me to work in an interdisciplinary team and conducting a field study in Hungary. Besides my studies I am working in leadership roles for various Amnesty International Student Chapters and founded a new chapter at Bangor University. In addition, I develop my entrepreneurial skills while supporting start-ups at Enactus Netherlands.
