Executive Master’s degree in Project Management;Master’s degree in Clinical, Preclinical Research and Post-Marketing Surveillance;Master degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology.As a Clinical Project Manager I’ve managed project from phase I to IV and for different therapeutic areas In the last 2 years I've managed phase I/II Gene Theraphy trials in rare disease from the start-up phase.I’ve started my career in the industry eleven years ago working in pharma companies for one year and for the last ten years in CROs, as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for five year, and within the five years, as a Clinical Project Manager (CPM).I beleive the success of a clinical trails is made by the team and that a close collaboration and trust among all the stakeholders lead to the most achievable result.The win-win theory is my mantra both at work and in my personal life and despite all the challenge I may daily face, finding a solution that fit all the involved parties's needs at the best and that allow to release deliverables within the agreed timelines make me feel satisfied.
