I am Talent Acquisition Manager at Wemolo, an innovative and dynamic company that provides digital solutions for the mobility industry. With more than four years of experience in Human Resources, I am specialized in Active Sourcing, Recruiting and Employer Branding. My mission is to find, approach and attract qualified and motivated talent for the various business units. In my current role, I am responsible for Talent Acquisition Management for key areas such as Operations, Commercial, People & Culture, Finance & Accounting and Strategy and Legal. I identify and approach potential candidates that match the requirements of the respective business units. I work closely with the Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including feedback on candidate selection and scheduling interviews. I also have extensive knowledge of employer branding to strengthen the employer brand. I develop and implement effective strategies to promote an attractive and authentic employer image.
