About Mirjam Schaap

I work with individuals and organizations who are in motion, or want to be. As a facilitator and coach, I guide people and teams through change, development, and growth. My approach is human-centered, practical, and grounded. I listen, observe, and ask the questions that matter, the ones that bring clarity, open new perspectives, and move forward. I believe that real change starts with awareness: of yourself, your patterns, your potential, and your context. Whether it's about leadership, collaboration, vitality, or personal direction, I help create space for what wants to emerge. With experience in HR, coaching, systemic work, and group facilitation, I bring together head, heart, and body, often quite literally, through movement-based methods like boxing or embodied coaching. I work 1-on-1, with groups, and within organizations. Always with the goal of creating real connection, insight, and lasting impact. I’m available as a facilitator, program manager, coach, and connector.
