I have 32 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in different roles, leading individuals, teams and departments. I experienced that in the end the overall ambition and drive is always to create a better and healthy life for patients. This drive and the collaboration with so many highly professional colleagues kept me motivated and dedicated to this industry. The Gallup Strength finder confirmed that I am a Relator, Activator and Achiever, meaning that I love to collaborate with others, start up and achieve goals. My personal view on the role of the Pharma Industry within the Health and Life science community is one of collaboration, co-creation and in the future may be transformation. The pandemic has taught us that this co-creation actually accelerates drug development in a way that we have never seen before. In my new future role, I would love to keep working within this inspiring and challenging field of Health and life science.
