About Mirka Kaljunen

M.Sc in Supply Management. My academic path has equipped me with a deep understanding of supply chain management, sustainability, and circular economy principles, while my diverse work experience has honed my ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. In my current role, I’ve worked broadly across sales, operations, and customer service. I handle the entire sales order process, support inventory and tradeshow coordination, and engage with customers from quotation to delivery. I also collaborate across functions and countries, manage local marketing and CRM tasks, and contribute to both legal and HR support functions. This hands-on experience has given me a strong understanding of how different parts of the supply chain and business functions connect in practice. I’m highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, and do so quickly. Whether it’s mastering a new tool, jumping into a new team, or managing multiple roles, I adapt easily and always with a positive, collaborative spirit. I’m known for being warm, curious, and full of energy so the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about learning new things. I approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, combine logic with creativity, and consistently aim for excellence in whatever I do. Fluent in Finnish and English; currently learning German with the goal of becoming fluent.
