About Mirko Integlia

I started teaching at the age of 23, taking a few breaks for further trainings in Italy and abroad. I began my journey in education at the primary school level, progressed to high school, and have been teaching at the University since 2011.My early passion for education evolved into my academic focus on Learning and Teaching.Alongside this journey, my fascination with matters of religion and spirituality has led me down the path of Theology, and later, Philosophy, where I've been captivated by Philosophy of religion. Furthermore, over the course of nine years serving as a University Chaplain, my research journey has been enhanced, allowing me to value the perspectives of students from diverse cultures and beliefs.Today, as I reflect on my journey and look towards the future, three guiding stars illuminate my path:Firstly, I love teaching philosophy, especially diving into the philosophy of religion. I'm curious about where Christianity is heading in a world full of challenges.Secondly, I experience a profound sense of fulfillments in guiding the next generation of students as they navigate the complexities of our world. I welcome their challenges, as they keep my own understanding fresh and open to new perspectives.Lastly, there is a deep desire to share the wisdom I have gathered from Philosophy and Theology in a way that is meaningful and inspiring to others. Through talks and discussions, I hope to ignite sparks of meditation and contemplation in individuals and communities alike. That is why I see myself as both a Teacher and a Spiritual Mentor.
