With over two decades of experience in the digital field, I am a product leader and growth expert dedicated to driving strategic success through data-driven insights, innovative solutions, and impactful marketing. At the end of 2019, I had the privilege of joining the exceptional team at 20tab, an Italian software house, as Head of Growth. Together with the co-founders, we orchestrated a remarkable transformation, turning 20tab into a Digital Product Management and Development company. Our innovative approach and dedication to excellence led us to offer our expertise through the Product Team As A Service formula, a testament to our commitment to driving growth and success. My career is not just about personal achievements, but also about sharing and disseminating knowledge and experience. I am deeply passionate about contributing to the Digital Ecosystem. I have served as the President of the Digital Category of Confartigianato Imprese Pescara and after Abruzzo, and now with Confimi Industria Abruzzo. I co-founded the Lean Startup Lab and #StopCoding communities, and co-created and organised Italy's most significant business conference on Product Management, the Product Management Day. I have had the privilege of contributing as a Speaker, Coach, and Mentor at numerous national and international events, sharing insights on growth hacking, marketing, lean startup methodologies, customer development, and pretotyping. I'm also a Miro content contributor, always striving to inspire and empower others in the digital space. Recently, I earned the Certification of Innovation Manager UNI 11814, further solidifying my expertise in fostering innovation and driving substantial growth in the digital landscape. My track record of last ten years: 1) MADOnline - SaaS in the Public Sector of Teaching: grew annual revenue from 0 to 500k in 12 months. 2) Lavorareascuola.it - Editorial project: expanded newsletter subscribers from 0 to 100K in six months. 3) Benessence - E-commerce of natural products: increased orders from 10 to 100 monthly over two years. 4) Jolicì - E-commerce of sewing machines: boosted annual revenue from 25K to 500K in two years. 5) EasyPol - Fintech App on PagoPA's node: achieved 1 million euros in transactions within six months. 6) 20tab: achieved over 400% revenue growth in my first four years as Head of Growth
